ENTRY INCENTIVE AND TV DEAL CONFIRMED FOR 2015 KUMHO SERIES

Series organisers have also confirmed a continuation of television coverage of every round on SBS Speedweek program as well as the Kumho Series featuring as part of the Shannons Nationals television programming on Fox Sports 5.

Respected Adelaide motorsport administrator Liam Curkpatrick has taken over Category Management of the V8 Touring Car category in 2015.

“This years calendar is more user friendly and were working hard to re-build the car count this year after a tough 2014 says Curkpatrick.

“The Kumho Series is still the best value place to race these types of cars at this level when you combine the value of the television coverage the tyre deal use of garages and the entry fees.

The Kumho Tyre Australian V8 Touring Car Series will kick off at a bumper Shannons Nationals round at Sandown on March 27-29 before visiting Winton Queensland Raceway Phillip Island and Sydney Motorsport Park in a condensed five-round calendar.
